Happy with the price and free shipping but not aware of any way to get the $2.00 credit for the used cartridge. The stores do not seem to stock very many cartridges unless you purchase in multiples. I do no use h\the printer much so I guess they dry out. I cannot justify a purchase of multiples

I bought 2 ink cartridges online (LC51M) one was cyan, this cartridge only lasted 2 weeks. I don't use that much colored ink & our cartridges last 6mos to a year. I took this cartridge to the store nearby and they were nice enough to replace it for me even tho they only sell the complete color package at that store and not the individual ink cartridges. I will not buy the cartridges on line any more!

The color is crisp and clear, close to rivaling a heavy duty color laser I have. As a single cartridge per color solution it is very cost effective. No more wasting 2/3 of a cartridge because I ran out of one color. Pricing compared to the 3-in-1 color cartridges for some other brands of printers, it's about the same, the difference being, again, the fact I can replace a single color, maximizing use of each cartridge in the machine. Brother got this one right!
